Adult Facility Membership
This membership allows for complete use of the facility, including the swimming pool and all aerobic classes, during all hours of operation. Members may also use any of the other branches of the YMCA of San Francisco for a small fee of $3.00. Facility members receive a discounted rate when enrolling in specialty programs.
Golden Gate Center MembershipThis membership includes all of the above, but features a separate locker room, laundry service for workout attire, color TV, lounge area, full length permanent lockers, shower, steam, sauna, towel service in locker room, and additional workout area. Available for men only.
Bay Area MembershipThis membership allows complete use of any or all of 30 Bay Area YMCAs at any time. Perfect for those who work downtown and live in an outlying neighborhood, and/or are often in other parts of the Bay Area, and/or like a change in scenery.

Holiday HoursAll YMCAs in San Francisco are closed on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In addition, the Central YMCA is closed on Memorial and Labor Day, although Central members are allowed to workout at other San Francisco YMCAs free of charge on these two holidays. Please call ahead to confirm holiday hours.

Day passes for guests of members are available. The guest must be accompanied by a member, and the guest must have a valid picture ID. Guests must be 18 years of age or older and mustj sign the mandatory release of liability. Any guest under the age of 18 must be with a parent or guardian.
